Shipping costs

Shipping is free. We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered to your home 100% free of charge. There is also no minimum order quantity required.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 days after receiving payment confirmation. In case of high order volumes, processing may take longer, and customers will be notified accordingly.

Delivery times

Standard delivery: 7-14 days.

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any delays during holidays or busy periods with the carrier.

Track your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code with which you can track your package.

Address Accuracy
Customers must ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or damaged packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours at support@zilvory.com.

We will start an investigation with the carrier and provide a suitable solution.
